Hello Friends at Comfort Travel! I'm sure you receive wonderful tributes for Pam and Ken on a regular basis. I am not a person, that has the time to write alot of tributes, thus the late hour! BUT, I couldn't let this opportunity go, without writing my own tribute. Pam goes above and beyond the call of duty, to remain cheerful, helpful and funny as hell! She is well-versed on New York...... a wealth of knowledge and interesting facts. Pam has nothing but positive comments for people behind the scenes too (Al and Anna) and is obviously a happy employee. Ken is a competent, careful and courteous driver. Ken had a minor scratch event in a parking lot and remained calm, cool and collected. Both Pam and Ken were so apologetic about the delay, which was only 1 hour. We thoroughly enjoyed our 32nd wedding anniversary spent onboard your coach enroute to a lovely time in New York. We had a wheelchair bound passenger (and her two daughters) and Ken was out the door and getting that wheelchair out in a flash, at every stop. I think that family was most grateful for the service.
