I really did enjoy my recent trip to New York City with Comfort Tours. Both Eliane and our driver Greg were very helpful. The videos shown on the bus were interesting and entertaining, so the hours seemed to pass quickly. Hardy, the Manhattan guide was also great.
For myself, I did find it a bit inconvenient that the hotel was so far away from Manhattan. But, all in all it was a great trip.

Had a great Easter trip to Washington DC. Natasha and Wayne were great..entertaining and a wonderful source of knowledge. Jim our Washington guide had a wonderful sense of humour and was full of information for us. I enjoyed every moment of the trip (even though the cherry blossoms weren't out yet) and i will definitely be doing yet another trip with your company. Great job!!

My Mom and I enjoyed our first trip to Washington, DC.
Wayne should win some kind of award, he's just awesome...very courteous and accommodating, not to mention best driving skills I have ever seen. We appreciated everything he did, he's patience and thoughtfulness with my Mom (elderly) getting on and off the bus.
Natasha was very knowledgeable and had a great since of humour. However, I think at times it was too fast paced for my Mom and she just couldn't keep up with the younger passengers. Perhaps a little more flexibility with the times for getting back on the bus. As with the elderly, who have certain limitations and this should be considered. Can't expect the elderly to be able to move as fast as the younger group.

Had a wonderful time, top marks for both Natasha and Wayne they are an excellent team and very accommodating. I must say Jim the Washington tour guide was the most gracious and humorous guide ever, he was so knowledgeable and very helpful in pointing us in the right direction after the tour was completed and we were on our free time.
The only thing of concern was the breakfast at the Hyatt, first day it was cold and the variety was not there the same both days, a bit of yogurt and beagles would have been nice or even an orange or banana would have been a welcome change, some cereal would have been nice as well, one can only eat scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and fried potatoes once in a while.
Overall your company provided all that I expected and look forward to seeing what you have to offer next year with your European Escapes.
