What our passengers are saying?
We certainly enjoyed our trip to New York and will take atvantage of more tours in the future. Our tour guide was excellent and being a teacher before had its advantages. Our bus driver was surberb. He drove that bus always considering the well being of the passengers. Very smooth through those busy streets in New York. I could never put a bus through the eye of a needle. There was not a boring moment and the extra stories with the history background were very interesting. We were very comfortable even though sometimes we needed to pay a little more attention to our direction. Oops I must have missed that right and left. At those moments New York's Finest came into play. Many thanks to the host, driver and many new friends that we made.
Cheers,
Marlene
I have recently joined your 4 day tour of Chicago. The Bus Driver is Wayne and the Tour Guide is Natasha.
A quick summary of my travelling bio. Travelling is a big part of my family savings. I travel around 3 or 4 times a year -- either with my husband (holiday trip), with friends (personal trip) or for dance/fitness conferences (educational/work related trip). My holiday trip is generally by plane and/or cruise.
This is my first time to do a bus tour and I travelled with a girlfriend. I was a bit apprehensive about it as I am afraid I will be bored in the bus sitting and travelling for such long hours.
I did, however, find my trip with Comfort Tours quite enjoyable! I was not bored at all. Natasha is quite knowledgeable. We were kept occupied by various activities (ie. Raffle, Q&A, Lectures and Quiz in the end). I find the bus stops are frequent enough that I did not even use the Bus Washroom.
I find our bus driver, Wayne, patient and professional so as Natasha. Wayne, in particular, exhibited his good, safe driving experience during rush hours in Chicago and especially on the way to Canada where we were caught in a traffic. He has a calm demeanour yet with a good sense of humour. I feel safe with him behind the wheels. My knowledge of Chicago had certainly increased after the trip through the various lectures Natasha had shared with us.
I find the price of the tour reasonable enough. All the restaurants we stopped have good, quality food especially Crackle Barrel. I love the Henry Ford Museum. My favourite is the Architectural Cruise in Chicago.
everybody was nice and friendly. the bus and hotel was great.
Sincerely
Eric Kelly
My sister and I enjoyed our trip to New York very much. The hotel room was comfortable and the staff was wonderful. The buffet breakfast had many selections to choose from. Everyone was polite and accommodating.
Our tour guide Rick was informative, funny and made the trip enjoyable. Our driver was great!
I have only a few suggestions: in my opinion, the seats on the bus should be rotated so that the ones who sit at the back of the bus do not always have to sit at the back; it would also have been nice to have had a couple more items included in the tour. I would have paid a bit more to have had the top of the rock and/or the empire state building as part of the tour rather than as part of our free time.
All in all it was a memorable trip. i would recommend Comfort Tours to my friends, if asked.

Hi: We really enjoyed our trip to Boston and Salem. Everything met our expectations, the weather co-operated and Pam was a super host who made our trip that much more enjoyable, a great lady. Ken was your consummate professional bus driver who we felt totally safe with throughout the trip. Our Boston guide, John, was a great story teller who gave us all the history we wanted to know of the area. Our Salem guide, Fran, was a real hoot and had us all laughing during her time with us. A very knowledgeable lady who loves her town of Salem. She took us to some beautiful spots around the area and we really enjoyed our time with her. All in all it was a great trip. Thank You Comfort Tours.
