What our passengers are saying?
It was a very good tour and we really feel like we saw the city. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was good at entertaining us with movies and documentaries on the bus ride to and from. The bus driver was very friendly and helpful and got us home safely.
The Westin hotel was the best I have ever stayed in. It was a very upscale hotel and the beds were fantastic as was the dual shower head. I would return to New York and stay in that same place. It was nice to be out of the busy area.
The buffet breakfast that was included was very good and kept us going most of the day.
The sights we saw were excellent and the free-time was just enough as we were all pretty exhausted at the end of the day so it was nice to get back to such a wonderful hotel.
We will consider Comfort Tours for another adventure for sure.
As a first time Comfort Traveler, it was fantastic! Our tour guide Marilyn Perlman was just a delight. She was so pleasant, approachable, witty, and oh so ever prepared and knowledgeable about Washington. She was so well organized and kept us on time and made our trip all the more fun, and interesting. Our driver John kept us safe and we had a most enjoying ride.
It was an enjoyable experience, with an experienced and well organized tour guide.
The trip to Chicago was wonderful. You are very lucky to have 2 employees like Natasha and Wayne. Both are very good at their jobs and went above and beyond to assist.
Chicago was very surprising. It is a clean city – no graffiti, no garbage. The people were very helpful. We were looking for a train in Union Station, and a local commuter took us by the hand to the proper track, Friday afternoon in “rush hour” traffic. Amazing!
The city maintains a long beach front, not blocked by condos. People take the bus from the suburbs to downtown to swim. The way the politicians have made the waterfront for the people, and not the developers is wonderful.
We are so happy we went.
We were on the New York City tour with Pam (tour guide) and John (driver) and they were both terrific. John navigating through New York traffic and Pam entertaining us on the bus ride and giving us all the information and help we could

My husband and I have just returned from the Boston tour and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We really lucked out because the weather, a lingering summer with a taste of fall, was simply perfect. The walking tour of Boston with local guide John, was leisurely and informative and we saw an amazing blend of historical and modern day architecture. You can tell Bostonians love their city too because they keep it clean and well taken care of. Spending time in Plymouth and walking along the seashore was a highlight. Our bus driver Ken was wonderful. Not only was he courteous and considerate, but he could safely maneuver that bus as though it were a minivan. Our hostess Eliane was warm and friendly and always watching out for our comfort.
This is our second trip with Comfort Tour and we look forward to going to Chicago next as many of the passengers had already gone on that tour and raved about it. We would and have recommended these tours to family and friends.
