The NYC trip Sept 16-18 2010 was fabulous!,  Binnie, our tour guide was very accommodating
and the travel time passed quickly as she co-ordinated entertainment throughout the whole trip.   
The knowledge was evident throughout the tour.  As this was our first bus tour,
I was very impressed. 
Will definitely join your other tours.   John, our bus driver was great also,  very personable and
provided a safe trip.  I don't know how he does it,  manuevering that bus around the
New York traffic and people,  again impressive.   Thanks for the great time Binnie and John,
you made our girls weekend a huge success!  Now, we have to get our husbands on a trip.

The weather was Great and New York showed itself at it’s Best. 3 days of sunshine.

Hello - My husband and I just returned late last night (Sunday) from your Chicago tour. 

The tour director on this trip was Pam Cook and the bus driver was Ken-Mac. 
Both Pam and Ken were excellent, always willing to help and provided lots of information. 
Pam is full of energy, fun and kept us on track.  The hotel at which we stayed was
Westin Lombard and it was an amazing facility.  This Westin had wonderful rooms and amenities -
the soap, body lotion, etc. in the bathrooms were a delicious surprise. 
Breakfast was always plentiful and good, but the last morning was excellent with lots of
yogurt and fruit.  The wait staff was polite and efficient.

We had lots of free time in downtown Chicago and enjoyed our visit to the Hancock tower,
the Navy Pier (the stained glass exhibit is marvelous), but there was a huge storm the day
of our architectural boat ride. 
There was not room for everyone to sit undercover on the top deck
so we didn't get to enjoy the buildings as much as we would have liked.

We met and made some wonderful new acquaintances and would recommend your tour,
especially if Pam and Ken are director and driver.
