The DVD’s on the bus were very informative. The bus driver, Greg was super. The hotel, the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick was a pleasant surprise, our breakfast each morning was delicious. We just returned yesterday and wanted to tell you we enjoyed the tour very much. Natasha was very entertaining and attentive. Never a dull moment and always there to help. Greg, our driver was incredible. He moved that monster bus around the streets of NYC like it was a Smart car and never once lost his cool on the NY cabbies and other idiot drivers. I even offered to curse them out for him but he declined. He also went out of his way to take us to photo ops and convenient drop offs not on the route. He is truly a professional. Eugene, our City guide, was also great. Very colorful, informative and entertaining. All of the people with us were very nice and friendly, that is a big plus. This was my first bus tour, while Phyllis has been on many. She said it as one of the best and I was pleasantly surprised. Bill & Phyllis Burlington, Ontario

Hi we have just returned from yet ANOTHER great trip with COMFORT TOURS! This was our 4th trip , we have been to Chicago twice and this was second trip to Washington! Every trip we have had was super...your guides are so knowledgeable and look after us so well! We have had Ken, Wayne twice and most recently John as our bus drivers and they are all safe and courteous drivers ! Our favourite area to stay is in Bethesda for the Washington trip. It is a great area and we used the METRO there , 17 minutes from centre of Washington back to hotel !!!!! Thanks to our Tour Guides...Pam, Gerda and Marilyn for some wonderful and fun times! Hello, My family and I were just on your New York Tour April 3-6. I wanted to let you know that we had a great time! None of us had ever been to New York before and we were more than happy to have someone not only drive, but to tour us around and give us endless information as well. Wayne was our awesome driver. I can not even begin to tell you how skillful he is at maneuvering that huge tour bus around downtown New York! Just as if we were sitting in a Smart Car. His easy going manner, and sense of humor were a welcome asset. And he was friendly at all times, while still being the professional he is. Pam, our Tour Guide; was equally as good. Her knowledge on New York was boundless. Her attention to detail was great. Her little games were fun and enjoyed by all. She was accommodating of our every request, and had a wealth of information for us if we wanted to go to a specific site. Thank you to both of them, we would be on a tour with them again anytime. In fact, I might take my husband this time! We all had a great time. I can't say enough about it. We met some wonderful people. We had a smaller group which made it even nicer as we were able to get to know everyone. Thank you again, Sincerely, Florence
