My husband and I, along with friends, just returned from your 4 day trip to New York City (3 – 6 Oct 13). We couldn’t have been more pleased. Our tour guide, Carol, was amazing and so very knowledgeable, kind, and looked after us so well. Patty, our bus driver, was plain amazing, how she maneuvered through the Manhattan traffic was unbelievable. What we saw in such a short period of time was unthinkable if we had been on our own. The Hyatt was a lovely friendly hotel, and my husband loved, loved the breakfasts. And not to forget the other 46 people on the bus who made our trip memorable as well. We recently returned from the London and Paris tour (September 19-28) and just wanted to say what a great trip we had. We felt is was a good mix of scheduled and free time and we were very happy with our accommodations in both cities. The tours in both London and Paris were well organized and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. Eliane our tour director was superb. She went above and beyond and we particularly want to thank her for helping us to arrange our day trip to Vimy Ridge. It was one of our best days and in our opinion a must see place for all Canadians. We would definitely travel with Comfort Tours again. Thank you. Holly & Terry

We were aboard bus A with Carole and Patty on the trip which ran Oct 3rd to 6th. We wish to say what a fantastic time we had and the girls were splendid the whole time. My friends ( Vasa, Marlene, Sandi ) and I recently took the 4 day trip to Chicago and we enjoyed it immensely. Our bus driver Ken was excellent ( very accommodating to us all) and our tour guide Natasha was superb. It was obvious to us all that both Ken and Natasha work very well together and Natasha was so passionate in sharing with us all her knowledge of Chicago both on the way there and in her excellent videos on our return . She was very knowledgeable of the border crossing rules, and her jokes and stories made for a very pleasant trip. Our hotel accommodation at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook was very nice , the staff was very pleasant and the food was great. We would definitely do other tours with Comfort tours and highly commend both Ken and Natasha for all of their hard work in making our Chicago trip one that we will remember for a long time.
