Just got back from a trip to NYC with Comfort Tours and I wanted to say what a great time I had. Our tour director Gerda was one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and she really made the tour enjoyable with her knowledge, her kindness and sense of humor. She was also very attentive and caring to my mother, who accidentally injured herself on the trip. Our driver Wayne was also amazing. I felt very safe with him at the wheel...and I'm very grateful that he provided us each day with free bottles of water. I would definitely be interested in going on more vacations with Comfort Tour Canada in the near future, and I will be sure to recommend your company to other people. I was on a recent tour in August 2013 to Quebec, Montreal and Ottawa. The tour guides were good, especially the city tour guides. They were friendly, interesting, and knowledgeable. The driver was a good driver... Had a pleasant and memorable trip! Jenny
