I just returned from the Washington tour, and had a wonderful time. The driver, Ken could not have been better. He was an excellent driver, and always courteous and cheerful. Eliane, our guide had a lovely manner, and quickly learned everyone's name. She did a great job, and was well informed, and considerate. THe tour was excellent value for money. It was also a good balance of guided tour (great guy, Bob Gray) and independent time. I was on my own and made some new friends on the trip. Thank you.I will definitely take another Comfort Tour. A simply splendid experience all round. This is my 3rd trip with Comfort Tours (Chicago , Washington). Ronnie Lowrey exceeded all expectations as an exceptionally knowledgeable, enthusiastic and articulate tour guide who did a superb job with heart and great passion for her work. I hope to travel with her again. This is the best tour company for your money. John ("Moose"), our driver, did his usual excellent job navigating busy highways, intricate city streets, chaotic traffic and went beyond the call of duty for out-of-the-way drop-offs, along with his welcome anecdotes and humour throughout the tour. If this were Hollywood, both would get Oscars. Take a bow, both of you.

My daughter and I just returned from the New York tour. Ronnie our tour guide was awesome. A very sweet personable lady, she made our trip quite enjoyable. The hotel was very nice and served an excellent breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour. I plan to take another tour in the near future. Thank you, The Cardozo's

We just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had in NYC ,May 2nd -5th.Our bus driver John was wonderful and very Knowledgeable.
Our tour guide Ronnie was exceptional and a lot of fun,her people skills are wonderful.
if we are able to go again we definitely would like the same guide and bus driver.

I went with two friends to New York City from May 2-5, 2013
and had a wonderful time right from the start to the end.
Thanks to our tour guide Ronnie and the bus driver John Moose.
It seems, everybody on the tour loved Ronnie and her cheerful personalty,
and all were grateful to John and his excellent driving skills, especially in NYC.
The tour was well arranged, and the sightseeing inc.inc. walk on the Highline and boat tour perfect. Even though we got to see a lot, we had suffitime to explore more!
The hotel in New Brunswick was ideal and the breakfast yummy!
And, not to forget, the picture perfect weather. Sunshine every day.
This was my second tour with Comfort (last year in August we went to Chicago, an equally super tour!) Thank you all for a most memorable time.
