Wow, what a great trip and what a beautiful city. It was a jam packed weekend with many interesting sights. You have a real gem on your staff with Pam. You can tell she loves what she does and she’s such a natural at it. I especially liked how Pam got us to interact with each other, having made new friends on this trip. And what can we say about Ken. He was so calm and also seemed to enjoy what he does, a true gentleman. He is also a great asset to your company. Pam and Ken make a good team together. I’ve attached a group photo as well as a photo of the four of us (in the order of Dolores, Rose, myself and Barb along with Ken and Pam). It was a great weekend.

My sister Irene and myself thoroughly enjoyed our recent Boston tour. the tour guides and the driver were excellent and we hope to have another tour next year. Only regret was the 3 hour delays at border crossing due to holiday.

Just wanted to give you some feedback. We went on the New York tour May 17 to May 20, 2013.
It was a great introduction to the city, as I nor my husband have been there before. The weather was really lousy, but other than that, all was well. We met new people and had a great experience.
Natasha is a gift from Russia! She went out of her way to make sure we were entertained, happy, and well informed. She would not leave until we got our taxi to go home. She was well spoken, friendly and she's a smart cookie!! She is a real asset to your company.
I am confident that if I were to go to NYC again, I would definitely be more comfortable getting around there on my own. We will give some thought to other tours with Comfort Tours.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Pam is an excellent tour guide and very professional. She is witty, organized and kept us engaged while we were on the bus traveling. Her reading from Obama's book, jokes, etc. were very well received.
Ken is a wonderful driver. There was not a single jerky moment the whole trip. He is very courteous and was very helpful.
We look forward to our next trip with Comfort Tours, most likely same time next year.

Our family took the NYC tour this past long weekend and although I had lots of fears about taking this tour with my daughter we still went and we are very glad we did. We all had such a fabulous time and thanks to Christine and Greg we had a fun safe and very thorough trip we didn't have to worry about anything except being on time. Comfort tours hired a tour guide from NYC named Hardy who provided us with great information on important parts of the city. He was great. Christine told us it was her first tour but you would never know by how organized and thorough she was very accommodating and a very sweet person we really enjoyed getting to know her. 4 days on a bus can be a scary thing but in this case we met all wonderful people. Greg the bus driver encountered some scary turns in the road and in the dark but handled it like a champ also very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone to take this tour.
