My husband and I had a wonderful time during the trip to New York. Greg and Christine did a great job, both very nice, helpful, dedicated,tried so hard and were very successful in satisfying everyone wish. The hotel was nice and clean. In New York we got e very knowledgeable tour guide, Hardy, who gave us a lot of info about the most important places and history of the city. We would like to thank them a lot for all their help and support, very much appreciated. Hopefully in the future we can have them back in other trips.

I ditto those comments. Pam and Ken are great ambassadors for Comfort Tours. I have been on other tours and have not experienced the care and attention to detail that Pam gave me/our group. The tips Pam shared, for our free time, was great. I know some of the suggested things to do, I would not have explored had it not been for Pam’s great care and concern to make our trip the best one yet. Plymouth was also wonderful to visit, even when Pam read the story “The First Thanksgiving”, that was so fantastic, that I had to go and buy the book too. She is a true teacher. Heartfelt thanks goes to Pam and Ken for going the extra mile to make my/our Boston trip a memorable experience. One that will stay with me always.

We really enjoyed our trip to Boston on the long weekend in May 2013. Pam Cook should be commended for the excellent job she did looking after us all from start to finish. She had all the info we needed for Boston (ie. attractions, restaurants, maps, etc.) as well and jokes, games and video entertainment on the bus.
And we don’t want to forget about Ken (the excellent driver) – kept us safe all the way, assisting us off the bus – a true gentleman.

I enjoyed and appreciate the way tour was conducted. Tour guide, driver and local guides are polite, connect well with people, entertaining and knowledgeable. Hotel stay was comfortable. We were a mixed group of people from different countries and ages, but everyone had something to take-away and wanting to see and do more. :-)
One aspect I and others think that needs to be changed is the duration. Considering the long distance traveled, the time allotted at sight-seeing spots is too short. Many of the important places are just shown from moving bus and no stops at all, example Olympic Stadium, Bio-dome Basilica, Hanging bridge, Botanical Garden, Parliament etc. We suggest the tour be 4 or 5 days, with a night stay at Quebec and stops/free time at important places.
I certainly look forward to explore more of Canada with Comfort tours. It will be great if you offer tours to Vancouver, Alberta and various other locations.
