Very enjoyable tour. Both Joe and Ken did an excellent job in making us comfortable and ensuring we saw all the sights plus some night time views of the New York Skyline. Kudos to Ken for his driving skills in such heavy traffic.

Great Chicago trip, its my 2nd tour with Comfort and really enjoy the trip. The hotel is fantastic. Gerda is a great tour guide. Learned so much about Chicago. The driver Wayne is excellent. Keep the locations coming. Cannot wait till my next trip Kay

Hello Comfort Tour! Our trip to New York City was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was really nice and the breakfast was simply great. They had a omelet station, fruits, yoghurt, bacon, potatoes, cereal and much more. It was like going to a Mexican resort! Absolutely fabulous! The sightseeing tour was also fantastic. Our tour director Joe was really organized and took care of the group really well. Thank you, Joe! We also had a really knowledgeable NYC guide - Eugene, he had plenty of information to tell about the City, and shared some fun facts about local celebrities and new exciting things happening in NYC. Visited Top of the Rock, which was just beautiful! High line Park, Central Park, Trump Tower, Grand Central Station, Statue of Liberty...and many many more attractions. Recommend staying later for nightlife, there is so much to do there! If you stay, it's very easy to get back to the hotel. It was the best trip so far, and absolutely worth your money. I am recommending this to my parents, and my friends. Thank you for a wonderful weekend, Comfort Tour! Daria & Iryna.

Just came back last evening from Chicago and wanted to say thank you to Gerda our Tour Director and Wayne our driver. Wayne is a great driver and Gerda a wonderful Tour Director. Both were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and witty.
We had a great time and absolutely loved the Hyatt McDonald Lodge. The hotel was fabulous, the grounds and setting were beautiful and relaxing. Great staff and wonderful breakfast. What more could you ask for? Hope you keep this hotel on the itinerary.
Please thank Gerda for calling the hotel for us from the bus on the way back to Toronto. We had accidentally left money in the safe. The hotel called today to say they found the money in the safe and will send it to us via courier. How lucky are we! So reassuring to know that there are still honest people out there. Please let Gerda know that all is well.
So thanks again for a wonderful experience and look forward to traveling again with Comfort Tours. I will highly recommend Comfort Tours to my family and friends.

I would like to write a comment on one of your bus tours to New York City from 30th May to 2nd June with tour guide, Joe Armeni, and bus driver, Ken. It was an excellent trip. For such an affordable price, we were very impressed with the entire trip. The hotel was a very good choice, although far from NYC itself, the hotel and tour quality compensated for the travel distance back and forth NYC and New Jersey. The itinerary was organized very well; not too much or too little time spent at one location. Having breaks every once in awhile throughout the bus journey was very, very helpful as well.
Both our tour guide and bus driver were very friendly and caring. Both went the extra length to please the travelers such as stopping by for a short while to see the NYC skyline even though it was not included in the itinerary as well as compromising and accommodating to the travelers' needs (DFA's washrooms were closed for cleaning but, immediately after crossing the border, Joe and Ken made a quick stop nearby for those who didn't get to use the washrooms). Joe also took very good care of the travelers, making sure no one was left behind. He made very good recommendations and is very knowledgeable. He knew how to keep the bus entertained throughout the long bus rides.
Overall, this tour has been very impressive and pleasant.
I will definitely be recommending Comfort Tour Canada to others.
