Fabulous tour. Hotel was way above our expectations. Hamburger University! What a giggle we got from that:). Chicago itinerary was well planned & truly enjoyable. Our bus driver Wayne was very courteous & professional as well as being a proficient driver. Gerda, our guide, was very organized, knowledgeable & pleasant. Good camaraderie between her & Wayne. We look forward to our next Comfort Tour.

We recently traveled to New York with Suzanne from May 9-12 and had a wonderful first trip to this fascinating city. Our accommodations were great and the trip was planned for our comfort with frequent stops both there and back. The Hyatt in New Brunswick was lovely with an excellent buffet in the morning and nearby restaurants we could easily walk to when we returned from New York in the evening . The itinerary of our days in the city was also well planned with touring until 3 and free time after that to explore on our own. Our New York guide Eugene was outstanding. He really knew the city, its history and the points of interest we could visit on our own. One suggestion would be to skip the Chelsea Market as a lunch spot. While the small shops were interesting, we all lined up for 5 toilets, (in a huge building with hundreds of visitors) then ran around trying to find food and somewhere to sit to eat our lunch. Not relaxing. It was the only point where I could hear others grumbling. We really enjoyed meeting Suzanne who looked after us so well and made everyone feel so comfortable. Another day would have been wonderful and I think we would have just spent it on our own as by then we felt comfortable in the city. Will be watching for another comfort tour for our future travels.
